Colombian style Pork

We are pleased to announce that Lechona is back in stock and orders are now being taken for Christmas. Having partnered with Fuller’s Butchers in Tunbridge Wells, we are now bringing you free range local pork, and a crackling you will never forget!

So what is Lechona and how do we do it? This Colombian style pork dish is made of layers of juicy, slowly (sous vide) cooked meat and rice & peas, all buried under delicious crackling. Vacuum packed and ready to reheat in a biodegradable tray.

Our handcrafted frozen meals are gluten free, low in salt and fat, cooked without flavour enhancers or preservatives. Please ask for allergy information.

Delivery:
We use DHL Express and deliver nationwide on Wednesdays. Our products are dispatched in sustainable WoolCool packaging. The standard price is £10.50, we do need to quote for bigger orders. Local delivery is free and in person. The minimum order for either delivery is £55.

Collection:
We are now based in Kent, Tunbridge Wells, TN1 2RT. You are welcome to collect the products, with no minimum order.
