Crackling you will never forget!

We are definitely a destination when it comes to Lechona. For years we have catered it to our lovely clients in their homes and offices, and now our Lechona gets delivered all across the UK – as a premium frozen meal product.

So what is Lechona and how do we do it? This Colombian style pork dish is made of layers of juicy, sous vide cooked meat, and rice & peas, all buried under delicious crackling. Vacuum packed and ready to reheat in a biodegradable tray. We source local, high welfare pork from Fuller’s Butchers in Tunbridge Wells.

Our handcrafted frozen meals are gluten free, low in salt and fat, cooked without flavour enhancers or preservatives. Please ask for allergy information.

Arepas de queso, 4 units: £7.50

Delivery:
We use DHL to deliver nationwide on Tuesdays. Our products are dispatched in sustainable WoolCool packaging. The standard price is £10.50, we do need to quote for bigger orders. Local delivery is free and in person. The minimum order for either delivery is £55.

Collection:
We are based in Kent, Tunbridge Wells, TN1 2RT. You are welcome to collect the products, with no minimum order.
